Pay & Compensation
- Starting Pay: Stable pay STARTING at $1400 / week after initial training (includes delivery premium)
- Step-by-Step Pay Bumps:
- Step 2: $1,503 / week (eligible after 6 months at starting pay)
- Step 3: $1,628 / week (eligible after 6 months at Step 2)
- Step 4: $1,691 / week (eligible after 6 months at Step 3)
- Top-Earner Potential: Our more experienced drivers average $92,800 / year (includes extra trips)
- Extra Earning Potential: Extra trips are available to easily increase your weekly pay
- Profit Sharing: 60+ years of profit-sharing cash bonuses
Required Qualifications
- License: Current Class A CDL
- Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience driving a tractor-trailer
- Team Mindset: Willingness to drive team
- Physical Ability: Ability to unload a trailer containing cases of snack cake products, regularly lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- Endorsements: Ability to obtain a tanker endorsement within 30 days of employment
- Safety & Professionalism: Good driving record (MVR) and demonstrated ability to work well with co-workers and management
