About the Role
TransAm Trucking offers independent contractor opportunities for CDL-A drivers to operate as their own boss with competitive compensation and support.
- 70% of linehaul revenue (percentage-based pay structure)
- $2,000 sign-on bonus: $500 installments after 30, 60, 90, and 120 days of your contract
- Average gross revenue per week: $4,000 - $6,000
- 100% of fuel surcharges paid for shipments hauled
- Optional fuel discounts through TransAm’s extensive fuel network

- Paid base plates and permits to reduce overhead
- Flexible equipment solutions: use your own qualified equipment or lease through ONE Leasing (including a new 3-month lease option for lower commitment)

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A for any drivers operating your equipment
- Minimum 3 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience for all drivers
- All drivers must be at least 21 years old
- Own or lease one or more trucks (equipment leasing options available through ONE Leasing or other providers)
*TransAm Trucking pays 70% of the linehaul revenue, less authorized deductions and pass-through charges. Leasing through ONE Leasing is optional and provided by a separate company. Earnings and mileage are not guaranteed and depend on multiple factors.
