About the role

Oakley Transport is hiring experienced Dry Van Reefer Drivers to join our team. We offer competitive pay and benefits, along with a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive more miles per week, up to 2,800+ miles
• Operate newer Peterbilt or Volvo trucks equipped with advanced features like a new mattress, refrigerator, and APU inverter
• Benefit from toll and scale pass discounts
• Enjoy predictable home time, with 90% of routes running within the Southeast
• Participate in a comprehensive orientation program that includes paid training

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 23 years old
• At least 18 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Safe driving record

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have a strong safety record and be able to handle the demands of long-haul driving.

• Ability to manage time effectively

Pay

Top drivers can earn up to $97,500 per year, with an average weekly pay of $1600-$1700.

Schedule

Mileage-based productivity bonuses are offered, with the potential to earn up to +4 CPM monthly, and safe driving bonuses of up to +8 CPM monthly.
