About the role
Oakley Transport is hiring experienced Dry Van Reefer Drivers to join our team. We offer competitive pay, predictable home time, and a range of benefits designed to support your well-being.
Responsibilities
- Drive more miles per week, up to 2,800+
- Operate newer Peterbilt or Volvo trucks equipped with advanced features like refrigeration, APU inverter, and smart drive technology
- Handle premium health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Participate in a pet rider program
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 23 years old
- At least 18 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
- Safe driving record
Qualifications
Experience operating larger trucks and a strong safety record are essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.

90% of routes run within the Southeast, providing predictable home time and a sense of stability.
Pay
Top drivers can earn up to $97,500 per year, with an average weekly earning potential of $1600 - $1700. Mileage productivity bonuses and safe driving bonuses can further increase earnings.
LANE HOME TIME

MILES EQUIPMENT
Drive between 2,400 and 2,800 miles per week in newer Peterbilt or Volvo trucks.
