Pay
- Pay rate: $0.58 – $0.67 per mile (CPM)
- Average mileage: 2,500 – 2,800+ miles per week
- Limited‑time sign‑on bonus: $2,500
- Orientation pay: $250
- Vacation pay: $1,000
- Monthly safety bonus based on performance
- Bi‑annual compensation reviews
- Unlimited referral incentives – $2,000 per hired driver
- Detention, layover, and stop pay
Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A
- Minimum age: 21 years
- At least 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL‑A experience within the last 3 years
- Safe driving record
