CDL A Driver Hazmat

Location: Kent, WA - S. 222nd St. - Bulk cryo logistics

About the role

Drive a commercial motor vehicle (tractor-trailer) combination, usually long distances, to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or to storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner.

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to identify any maintenance action that may be required and act appropriately if action is needed.
• Report all accidents, possible injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints—including service interruptions—immediately to your supervisor.
• Complete and submit reports as required by DOT and/or Airgas company policy.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• 3+ years of experience as a driver of tractor-trailer vehicles.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, two years of technical college, or military technical experience.
• Three years of HazMat or Tanker experience.
• Familiarity with or a desire to learn about cryogenic, compressed, and specialty gases.

Pay

$90,000 – $105,000 per year

• $2,000 quarterly incentive bonus.
• Unlimited driver referral bonus.

Schedule

Nights & weekends; home daily with 2 consecutive days off.
