CDL A Driver Hazmat

Location: La Porte, TX - 11426 Fairmont Pkwy - Bulk cryo logistics

About the role

Drive a commercial motor vehicle (tractor-trailer) combination, usually long distances, to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or to storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner.

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to identify any maintenance action that may be required and act appropriately if action is needed.
• Report all accidents, possible injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints—including service interruptions—immediately to your supervisor.
• Complete and submit reports as required by the DOT and/or Airgas company policy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 3+ years of experience as a driver of tractor-trailer vehicles.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years of technical college, or military technical experience (preferred).
• Three years of HazMat or Tanker experience (preferred).
• Product knowledge of cryogenic, compressed, and specialty gases (preferred).

Pay

Ability to earn $90K+ annually.

$2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (unlimited).

Quarterly Incentive Bonus.

Schedule

Nights & Weekends; Home Daily.
