Compensation & Bonuses REGIONAL Starting Pay: $27.50+ / hour (Paid for all working time, including loading, unloading, and wait/detention time) OTR Starting Pay: $28.50+ / hour (Paid for all working time, including loading, unloading, and wait/detention time) Guaranteed Hours: 160 hours guaranteed per month for reliable financial stability Pay Frequency: Direct deposit every Friday Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 (paid out quarterly) Safety & Performance: Bi-annual performance and safety bonuses Referral Bonus: $500.00 unlimited referral program (per referral who stays 90 days) Flexible Route Options to Fit Your Lifestyle: Regional Runs: Stay out 5 to 7 days with a guaranteed 2 days off at home every week. Perfect for maximizing your earnings Equipment: Run in style with 2025 sleeper cabs equipped with APUs and refrigerators What You'll Do Haul high-value, consistent, year-round freight for the entertainment industry. Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain fleet safety. Maintain full ownership of the condition, safety, and operational readiness of your assigned tractor and trailers. Utilize proper freight securement methods (including straps and load bars) to protect high-value cargo. Provide professional communication with dispatch, shippers, and customers.
