CDL A Driver - $361.24/day

About the role

TransForce is seeking CDL-A drivers based in Troy, OH. This position offers steady work as a floater, covering PTO, extra routes, and call-offs as needed. Drivers will pick up auto parts from suppliers and haul car parts to dealerships.

Schedule

• Monday night through Saturday morning, PM shift
• Steady 5 days of work per week

Pay

• $361.24/day as a floater
• Delay time paid at $24.78/hour when applicable and verified through driver logs and trip sheets

Responsibilities

• Pick up auto parts from suppliers and haul car parts to dealerships
• Perform touch freight using a lift gate
• Move freight in cages during dealership deliveries
• Cover PTO, extra routes, call-offs, and other operational needs as assigned
• Maintain accurate driver logs and trip sheets

Requirements

• CDL A license
• 1+ year of CDL A driving experience
• Doubles endorsement preferred
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Handling

• Touch freight using a lift gate
• Deliveries include moving parts to dealerships in cages
