CDL A Delivery Driver
About the role
We are seeking passionate CDL A Delivery Drivers to join our team at Gordon Food Service. Our drivers deliver essential food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, and universities, ensuring that our customers have access to fresh, high-quality meals.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers
- Unload cases up to 100 lbs
- Use a ramp and two-wheeler throughout the shift
- Home time available with day shifts and local routes
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Class A CDL License at hire
- Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs throughout the shift
- Read, write, and communicate in English
- Successfully pass a drug test and background check
- Clean driving record
Qualifications
- Registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Provide electronic consent for employment
Skills
- Passionate about driving
- Customer service oriented
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy items

Pay
Drivers average $90-110K/year, including daily base pay and component pay for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered.
Schedule
Monday - Friday. Start time between 4-5am & until work until the route is finished.
