CDL A Delivery Driver - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Location: Everett, MA • Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

About the role

Class A Drivers are responsible for safely operating our single tractor trailers — all equipped with automatic transmissions. Each route is supported by a Delivery Helper to assist with unloading and navigation. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and professional delivery service while upholding product quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (legal requirement to transport alcohol).
• Active CDL Class A License in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers.
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:30 AM; end times may vary between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM depending on route and delivery volume.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, and twist regularly.
• Must be able to lift approximately 55 lbs (e.g., two cases of beer).
• Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
• Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.

Pay

Pay Range: $30.00 - $39.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000.00 paid in 3 installments over the first year of employment: $750.00 at 3 months, $750.00 at 6 months, and $1,500.00 at 1 year.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM start time. End times vary between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM depending on route and daily workload.
