Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a commercial truck equipped with our unique lift mechanism to load and unload containers in residential and business settings.
  • Complete local deliveries and pickups while following DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to keep your rig—and yourself—safe and keep truck cab and equipment clean and inspection-ready.
  • Use company-provided handheld devices for navigation, delivery confirmation, and communication.
  • Act as our brand ambassador. You’ll answer questions, solve placement puzzles, and ensure every container is clean and presentable.
  • Help with storage center functions, forklift operation, and light container maintenance to keep the operation humming.

Requirements

  • A valid CDL license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • You must also be at least 21 years old and possess (or be able to obtain) a DOT Medical Card.
  • A minimum of 3 months of professional driving experience.
  • A Clean Slate: No moving violations in the past three years.
  • A Strong Sense of Spatial Relations: Ability to park a vehicle and negotiate tight residential spaces with ease.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable climbing in and out of the cab (using three points of contact), operating a forklift, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. or applying up to 40 lbs. of pressure for equipment operation.
  • Customer Focused: Understand customer needs and make service excellence a priority.
  • Communication & Logic: Possess strong basic math skills and can read, write and communicate clearly in English.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 months of professional driving experience.

Pay

Base Pay: $26.00 - $27.00/hour
Overtime: Regular opportunities for overtime to boost your take-home pay.
Bonuses: Eligible for performance-based incentives.

Schedule

Home Daily: No over-the-road (OTR) requirements. You stay within your local territory.
Solid Schedule: One scheduled day off during the week, plus every Sunday.
