About the role
Liftgate trailer hauling food products. 100% hand unloads using electric and manual pallet jacks. 5 loads per week with 1-6 stop-offs per load.
Responsibilities
- Drive within IA, KS, MO, NE and SD.
- Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
- Weekly performance pay.
- $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Average pay range: $1,250-$1,520 weekly.
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Live within 50 miles of Des Moines, IA, Kansas City, MO or Omaha, NE.
