About the role

Liftgate trailer hauling food products. 100% hand unloads using electric and manual pallet jack. 5 loads per week with 1-6 stop-offs per load. Drive within IA, KS, MO, NE and SD.

Pay and bonus potential

Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
Weekly performance pay.
$7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
$5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
Paid orientation.
Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Live within 75 miles of Des Moines, IA, Kansas City, MO or Omaha, NE.
