CDL-A - Dedicated Team Reefer truck driver - Sprouts Farmers Market

About the role

Dedicated team position hauling refrigerated produce trailers. 3–5 loads per week with 2–3 stop-offs per load. Primary lanes are Glendale, AZ to Las Vegas, NV and California. Team Pet Policy allows you to bring your dog or cat on the road.

Pay and bonuses

• Average weekly pay: $1,330–$1,630.
• Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving).
• $1,000 weekly guarantee pay during first 90 days.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay.

Requirements

• Must be a formed team.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Glendale, AZ.
