CDL-A - Dedicated Team Reefer truck driver - Sprouts Farmers Market

About the role

Reefer trailer hauling produce with 3 loads per week and 2-3 stop-offs per load. Predictable lanes driving back and forth between Aurora, CO and Albuquerque, NM. Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and bonus potential

• Average pay: $1,500-$1,840 weekly
• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
• At least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days
• Weekly performance pay
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers
• Paid orientation
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Live within 75 miles of Aurora, CO
