CDL-A Dedicated Driver

Location: Fayetteville, NC 28301 | Home Time: Home weekly

Pay: $1,400 to $1,800 per week | Freight: NO Touch freight

Compensation

• CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity.
• Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.
• Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics.
• Orientation pay is $100 per day.

Equipment & Freight

• Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with automatic transmission, APU, inverter, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release.
• Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities and customer freight throughout established operating lanes.
• Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established dry van lanes.
• Established customer freight helps support year-round hauling opportunities and dependable weekly mileage for drivers.

Home Time

• This position offers home weekly scheduling.
• Time at home is planned around freight availability and route assignments while maintaining consistent mileage opportunities throughout the week.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must hold a valid CDL-A license and maintain an acceptable driving history.
• Previous tractor-trailer experience is preferred.
• Drivers must be able to operate 53' dry van trailers and meet current DOT medical certification standards.
