CDL-A Dedicated Driver

Freight & Operations

• Dedicated freight throughout Virginia and West Virginia
• Average of approximately four loads per week, each averaging about 490 miles
• Total weekly mileage of approximately 2,000 miles
• Return freight generally travels through Indianapolis before returning to the operating area
• Freight includes a mix of drop trailers and live unloads using electric pallet jacks

Compensation

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,425 to $1,665 per week with consistent dedicated freight.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 for qualified drivers

Equipment

• Trucks: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth
• Driver Amenities: 1200 to 1500-watt inverter
• Parking Options: Approved terminals or take the truck home during home time when approved

Qualifications

• Current CDL-A and valid DOT medical certification
• Must live within the hiring area
• Evening, weekend, holiday, and overnight deliveries are part of the normal schedule
• Electric pallet jack experience is helpful but training is provided
