CDL A Debris Truck Operator

About the Role

Blackwood Solutions is hiring experienced Class A CDL End Dump Operators to support our Pennsylvania and West Virginia customers. As the nation’s leading recycler and distributor of industrial wood and steel utility poles, we serve electric utilities and industrial partners across the U.S., delivering reliability, innovation, and quality. This is a stable, long-term career opportunity for skilled drivers and operators.

Pay

• $1,000–$1,700 per week with overtime, paid weekly
• $500/month safety bonus
• Overtime at time and a half over 40 hours, with overtime available

Schedule

• Home every other weekend
• Hotels paid while away

Requirements

• Class A CDL with at least 1 year of experience
• Strong, clean driving record
• Manual transmission experience required
• End Dump / Flatbed experience preferred
• Knuckle Boom / Grapple Truck experience a plus — will train the right candidate
