Responsibilities

• Drive safely and efficiently according to company standards
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions
• Communicate regularly with the dispatch team for route updates and scheduling
• Operate newer, well-maintained equipment

Requirements

• 2 years of CDL-A experience required
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Passing driving record
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Professional attitude and willingness to form a long-term partnership
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Skills

• Experience with OTR (Over-The-Road) transportation
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
