A propos de la mission

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement international, avec l’opportunité d’interagir en interne comme en externe avec des interlocuteurs variés, issus de différentes fonctions, autour d’objectifs business communs.

Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs du Sgroup MEMS

• Contribute to achieving the MEMS subgroup’s sales, margin, and market share targets by defining and executing the required actions
• Define and implement the subgroup’s pricing strategy
• Identify and drive growth opportunities through relevant product and pricing positioning
• Maintain ST's market leadership by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing market, customer, and competitor data
• Ensure customer demand is aligned with ST’s manufacturing capacity, and manage allocation when demand exceeds internal supply, in line with internal guidelines

Utiliser l'intelligence artificielle

• Support the use of Artificial Intelligence to extract key insights and support decision-making

Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing produit

• Work closely with the product marketing team to develop and enhance products that meet or exceed market expectations

Optimiser les processus logistiques et supply chain

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain processes, improving product availability and cost efficiency

À propos de vous

• You hold a 5-year higher education degree in marketing, international business, or a related field
• You have 4–5 years of experience in sales or product marketing, ideally in power semiconductors and in a B2B environment
• You are highly detail-oriented and accurate with numbers
• You are comfortable working with numerical data and basic analysis
• You demonstrate active listening, resilience, team spirit, and adaptability
• You communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
• Fluent English is essential
• You are proficient in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Experience with artificial intelligence is a plus
• A technical background in electronics would be a strong advantage
