About the role
The CDI Education Director is responsible for overseeing educational programs and initiatives designed to enhance the professional development of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs tailored to meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Evaluate and improve existing educational materials and resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of educational goals with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the training and development of staff members involved in educational activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of educational initiatives.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare education or related field.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective educational programs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
