CDI Education Director - Remote

About the role

The CDI Education Director is responsible for overseeing educational programs and initiatives designed to enhance the professional development of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs tailored to meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
• Evaluate and improve existing educational materials and resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of educational goals with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the training and development of staff members involved in educational activities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of educational initiatives.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare education or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective educational programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
