About the role

Responsible for providing estimates and project management services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
