Responsibilities
- Account for all single-family loan, investment and bond transactions in two single family bond indentures
- Prepare the trial balance
- Analyze account data that accurately reflects the financial condition of CDA's Single Family Bond Programs
- Provide administrative and technical support of a financial nature to employees in CDA Finance and the Division of Development Finance
Minimum qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
- Four years experience in rehabilitation or home improvement mortgage underwriting or loan analysis
- Applicants may substitute pertinent volunteer and/or part-time experience (document hours per week on application)
- Applicants may substitute education at an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis for up to two years of the required experience
- Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer in the Financial Analysis classification series or Financial Analysis specialty codes on a year-for-year basis for the required experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in mortgage lending
- Experience with mortgage processing
- Experience with mortgage titles or mortgage closing
Licenses, registrations and certifications
- Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland.
Pay
This position offers a salary range of $28.43 - 30.78/hourly with the potential for advancement up to $44.84/hourly based on qualifications, equity, and hiring guidelines. Initial salary offers are determined by qualifications, experience, and available budget, and typically do not exceed $30.78/hourly.
