CCTV Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a CCTV Technician to join our team! As a Security Installation Technician, you will travel to various locations and job sites and accurately install or repair security systems based on customer specifications and location restrictions. This can include low voltage cabling, access controls, CCTV, and more. The ideal candidate has experience with security installation or similar electronic products, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and an analytical way of thinking.
Responsibilities
- Travel to various locations and ascertain their specific needs
- Troubleshoot problems in security systems, access controls and low voltage cabling, and make repairs or replacements
- Install new security systems, including network cabling, CCTVs, and Access Control platforms.
- Maintain appropriate equipment, and restock vehicles and supplies as needed
- Maintain excellent, accurate logs of work completed at all time
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the security industry field desired
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and listening skills
