Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud, hybrid, and on-premise computing solutions
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage and secure cloud and on-premise infrastructure
• Provide ongoing IT support to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, cloud computing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud backup solutions
• Knowledge of network security best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MCTS, MCSE)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
