Role Overview

The CCT Nurse is a skilled, compassionate clinician responsible for providing high-quality critical care transport services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to patient transport calls
• Independently manage patient care
• Ensure safe and efficient patient transfer
• Document assessments and interventions
• Maintain equipment and vehicle readiness
• Comply with policies and protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years critical care experience (ICU, CCU, ER, PACU)
• A valid RN license
• Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and BLS
• A BSN or healthcare-related degree is preferred

• Strong clinical knowledge

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Physical ability to perform job duties
• Preferred experience in CCT or EMS

Work Environment

• May involve night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Long hours inside ambulances
• Outdoor work and exposure to weather and noise
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, and mobility
• Mental requirements involve stress management, empathy, and critical thinking
