CCS Clinical Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Oversight and functioning of CCS clinical services
- Supervision of clinical team members
- Oversight and completion of updated comprehensive assessments, brief crisis counseling, psycho-education
- Development and implementation of treatment team functions, therapeutic groups, and individualized crisis prevention/safety/recovery plans/discharge plans
- Work as part of the CCS team to restore functioning, strengthen resources and supports for individuals and their families, ensure care coordination, and discharge planning back to the community
- Supervision of clinical team members
- Ongoing review and audit of clinical documentation
- Regular collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Direct clinical care as needed to ensure continuity of patient services
- Aid in maintaining client flow at budgeted census levels
- Maintain a structured yet “homelike comfortable” environment conducive to recovery and well-being compliant with Mass Health Performance Specifications
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
- Massachusetts Independent Licensure required
- Experience in crisis assessment strongly preferred
- 5+ years of related experience, including experience assessing and managing risk, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques to promote stabilization of clients in crisis
- Ability to work effectively within a team milieu and promote consistent team interventions and stabilization
- Valid driver’s license, access to personal vehicle, and safe driving record to provide client transportation
- Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations preferred

Pay
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 USD
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses.
