CCR Technician
About the role
You will remotely monitor and operate over 450 air separation facilities using advanced control systems. You will respond promptly to alarms and troubleshoot plant issues via phone and computer interfaces. You will start up and shut down air separation equipment to meet production demands and maintain efficiency. You will process and analyze information from multiple plant control systems to make informed operational decisions. Additionally, you will manage communications including phone calls, emails, and computer-based logbooks in a fast-paced control room environment.
Responsibilities
- Work 12-hour rotating swing shifts with flexibility for occasional shift changes, overtime, and shift coverage
- Collaborate as a team player in a dynamic, safety-focused environment that values diversity and inclusion
- Support on-site facility operations with up to 10% travel as required

Strong computer proficiency and technical training in control room operations are required in this role. Experience in chemical process or power generation operations, or a recent graduate with an engineering-related degree is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and respond to operational issues are necessary. Pay
