CCP CMS Expander 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CMS Expander and various equipment used in expanding coils.
• Make adjustments as necessary to comply with drawings, quality, safety, and methods procedures.
• Assemble coil slabs internally within the operating expander.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Able to make mathematical calculations, comprehend decimals, and read blueprints.
• Able to correct tool wear and report issues.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Able to make basic adjustments to equipment to keep the process in control.
• Able to lift and push up to 50 lbs.
• Majority of the position involves standing and walking, but bending and stooping are also required.
• Requires multi-tasking to keep processes progressing.
• Requires mental and visual alertness and self-motivation.
• Must be able to work any hours required.
• Assist in training other personnel if required.
