About the role

Join our in‑house paid training program at GBS and start a rewarding career as a Client Care Pro, working with adults with developmental disabilities. As a Client Care Pro (CCP) you’ll work directly with clients to deliver meaningful, one‑on‑one support services under the supervision of a BCBA. The role offers hands‑on experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavior support services to assigned clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Support clients who may display challenging behaviors, including aggression (e.g., hitting, biting, kicking, scratching, or verbal outbursts).
• Participate in training on behavior management and safety strategies.
• Collect and record data on client progress using established tools and procedures.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to review and discuss data and client needs.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive, client‑centered approach at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and supportive during challenging situations.
• Interest or experience in ABA and behavior therapy is a plus.
• Experience collecting and analyzing behavior data is a bonus.
• Must be reliable, flexible, and a strong team player.
