Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the St. Louis CCHD diocesan director in educating members of the community regarding poverty and Catholic Social Teaching (CST)
- Organizing and helping to staff events for youth and young adults
- Promoting the CCHD grant program and the annual collection that supports it
- Maintaining social media
- Discovering new potential organizations to fund
- Promoting social justice and anti-poverty work
- Aiding in the evaluation of potential grantees
Qualifications
- Commitment to social justice and Catholic Social Teaching
- Interest in the eradication of poverty
- Energetic and motivated personality
- Catholic background
