Responsibilities
- Hardware assembly and software programming of physical security and network devices such as cameras, NVRs, access points, switches, etc.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to develop and deploy customer-specific software configurations.
- Coordinate and maintain daily production requirements.
- Perform new order assessment and determine requirements for order completion, including networking requirements, First Article process, and associated testing.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards.
- Handle reporting and documentation requirements.
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as requested by management.
- Provide support for all CCC Team Leads as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience required; A+, Network+, or other technical certifications are a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change.
- Good number aptitude and reconciliation skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Technically oriented with a good working knowledge of IP network setup, Microsoft software usage, and deployment.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds infrequently.
- Sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods of time.
- Job requires some overtime hours, including weekends.
- Must be physically present at the designated company office location during normal business hours.
