CCaaS-AWS Connect-Senior Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer for a contract position, working on-site in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based contact center as a service (CCaaS) systems using AWS Connect.

Responsibilities

• Software development and infrastructure management
• Implementing cloud solutions and database administration
• System optimization and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and secure cloud environments
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements

Requirements

• Experience with Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery, including working knowledge of various tools in the CI/CD pipeline
• DevOps and Observability experience
• Experience with automated release management using GitHub Actions
• Strong skills in designing and modeling complex systems and architectures
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Strong understanding of cloud security architecture, Encryption, and OAuth
• Proactive approach to identifying continuous improvement opportunities
• Leadership and communication: ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels across functions, from both technical and non-technical perspectives
• Great written communication and documentation abilities
