Summary

The Criminal Division seeks a Deputy Attorney General to serve as the Special Victims Unit in Sussex County. The Deputy Attorneys General in this Unit work closely with medical professionals, detectives, and child welfare professionals to investigate sexual assaults, child death, abuse and neglect cases; evaluate available evidence for charging; and prosecute crimes supported by the evidence.

Requirements

Pay

  • Pay Grade A12 DAG I Hourly Salary Range $44.44/min $48.88/max
  • Pay Grade A14 DAG II Hourly Salary Range $51.57/min $54.08/max
  • Pay Grade A16 DAG III Hourly Salary Range $56.95/min $58.20/max
  • Pay Grade A18 DAG IV Hourly Salary Range $62.62/min $65.64/max
  • Pay Grade A20 DAG V Hourly Salary Range $70.36/min $75.54/max

Schedule

This position is approved to work up to 29.75 hours per week and is paid on an hourly basis for hours worked.
