Catholic Elementary Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Catholic Elementary Teacher to teach 3rd or 6th Grade in a classical and Catholic classroom for up to 14 hours per week during the 2026-27 academic year at our center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Teach 3rd or 6th Grade in a classical and Catholic classroom
• Provide instruction in a formal Socratic classroom setting on Mondays and Thursdays
• Prepare for classes at home and come to class prepared to teach in a highly structured environment
• Attend mandatory training on August 6 and 10, 2026, from 8am - 5pm

Requirements

• No teaching certification or formal teaching experience required
• Experience homeschooling or working with homeschool children, ministry in your Catholic parish, teaching Religious Education or Catechism classes, teaching your own children, or teaching in a classical or private school is helpful but not required
• Must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life
