Catheterization Lab Technologist | Cardiac Cath Lab | Full Time Days

Responsibilities

• Provides care to the Cath Lab patient by applying actions based on clinical judgment.
• Assists physician with medical imaging within the department.
• Delivers intra procedural care in the role of circulator.
• Delivers intra procedural care in the role of scrub.
• Delivers intra procedural care in the role of monitor.
• Takes ownership and responsibility for individual performance goals.
• Involves self in departmental, team and committee goals.
• Completes departmental and hospital requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or bachelor’s in health related field, or Paramedic/EMT License.
• Certification, Registration & Licensure: BLS upon hire and ACLS within 3 months; Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist within 2 years of hire.
• Required: Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapies Licensing.
• Experience: One-year cardiovascular experience preferred. Critical care experience preferred.
