Under the supervision of the Cath Lab Manager, Cardiologist, Electrophysiologist, Vascular Surgeon, and Radiologist, you will operate systems that include cardiovascular, peripheral, endovascular, and neurological equipment. Perform all phases of cardiac, peripheral, vascular, and neuro-interventional procedures for patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and the values and mission of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Operate cardiovascular, peripheral, endovascular, and neurological systems.
  • Perform cardiac, peripheral, vascular, and neuro-interventional procedures.

Requirements

  • Coursework/Training: EKG technical training.
  • Coursework/Training: Sufficient for Registry Credentials.
  • Upon hire: National Certification from one of the following:
    • Cardiovascular Credentialing International, or
    • American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer), or
    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography), or
    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography).
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 1 year of patient contact in a hospital setting.
  • 6 months of direct patient care.
  • Note: If preferred training/experience is not in place upon hire, a 6-month on-the-job training applies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework/Training: Neuro Interventional training.
  • Hospital experience.
  • 6 months of Interventional Radiology experience.
  • 6 months of Electrophysiology Studies experience.
  • 6 months of Neurological interventional procedures experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50.08 - $72.08 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

This position is Full Time and will work 12-hour, Day shifts.
