Catering Supervisor

About the Role

As a Catering Supervisor, you’ll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth at Parkhurst Dining, a brand of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group. You’ll supervise team members, consult with management to improve services, follow established policies, and uphold standards. You’ll also communicate using Smile Plus hospitality skills, coach team members, assist in purchasing foods and supplies, and maintain a presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in your area of responsibility.
• Consult with management to make changes that improve services.
• Follow established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures; uphold standards.
• Communicate using Smile Plus skills and coach team members on their use.
• Assist in purchasing foods and supplies as needed.
• Maintain presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and resolve problems; communicate findings to management.

Requirements

• Three or more years of professional experience, with at least one year in a catering supervisory role.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• High school diploma or GED.
