About the role

Be a Taziki’s Ambassador to customers for our service, menu, story, and culture. Provide exceptional customer service, prepare and assemble catering orders, deliver and set up catering, and ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked. Know menu items, packaging, and pricing, and communicate them effectively. Understand POS and Advanced Order systems, drive safely, and comply with Health Department standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders
• Deliver and set up catering orders
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing; communicate them effectively
• Understand and operate POS and Advanced Order systems
• Drive safely at all times, abiding by all traffic laws
• Comply with applicable Health Department standards

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Flexible schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays)
• Energetic with leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks
• Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Prior food service experience preferred
• Obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after beginning employment
• Stand, walk, reach, and carry/lift up to 30 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Understand and abide by all company standards and policies
