About the role

The CATERING SALES MANAGER is responsible for managing sales efforts within the catering department, working closely with clients to secure contracts and manage existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Manage and execute catering sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Attend and participate in client meetings to discuss catering needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of working with Levy.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and respond promptly to their requests.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to catering sales.

Requirements

While not specified, the ideal candidate should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule
