Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, healthcare facilities, community organizations, and local businesses.
- Possessors of new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, community involvement, and outside sales efforts.
- Manage catering inquiries from initial contact through event completion.
- Cook with restaurant management and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of all catering orders.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, tastings, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain key accounts while expanding the customer base.
- Train and support restaurant teams on catering procedures and sales opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after every event.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of catering, hospitality, restaurant, or event sales experience.
- Multi-unit restaurant experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a focus on the big picture.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends for client events.
