About the role
Drive revenue growth by blending modern digital lead generation with strategic, in-person account management. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, blending digital outreach with face-to-face interactions to secure high-volume group orders.
Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM data, LinkedIn, and digital tools to identify key decision-makers in local corporations, healthcare facilities, and school districts.
- Turn digital email campaigns and phone calls into active partnerships by conducting in-person food tastings and consultations.
- Master all five catering menus to consult on portion sizes, setups, and dietary restrictions, and cross-sell across Thrive’s portfolio.
- Maintain a complete pipeline in the CRM, logging every call, email, and drop-in, using the "New, Frequent, and Lapsed" framework to prioritize outreach.
- Partner with Restaurant General Managers on complex orders and meet with leadership quarterly to align on community outreach.
- Smoothly transition established clients to Guest Relations for ongoing order intake, focusing on top-of-funnel sales.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel.
- Strategic independence and ability to work independently.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform multi-shift work.
- High precision in handling details such as dates, delivery times, addresses, and dietary notes.

Pay
$55,000 - $70,000 base salary with a bonus target of 25% of base.
Schedule
Hybrid Lead Generation: 50%-60% interstate travel, with multi-shift work required for successful catering experiences.
