Job Summary

Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.

About the Role

We are hiring immediately for a CATERING SALES ASSISTANT position.

Schedule: Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed. More details are available upon interview.

Responsibilities

  • Managed the full catering sales cycle from initial client inquiry through event execution, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Generated new business through inbound leads, networking, and outreach, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Consulted with clients to plan events, including menu selection, budgeting, and logistics coordination.
  • Prepared proposals, contracts, and presentations to secure bookings.
  • Collaborated with culinary and operations teams to execute events successfully.
  • Maintained strong client relationships, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
  • Handled scheduling, CRM tracking, and sales forecasting.
  • Negotiated pricing and service agreements while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and the ability to multitask effectively.
