Working closely with our Sous Chefs and culinary leadership, you will help bring each event to life while upholding the standards of excellence associated with The Dinex Group.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute dishes for catered events, including canapés, plated dinners, food stations, and platters.Follow recipes, preparation guidelines, and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, organization, and cleanliness.Collaborate with the culinary team to meet production schedules and event service needs.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking ForAt least 2 years of professional Prep Line Cook experience.Strong cooking fundamentals, organization, and attention to detail.A team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced culinary environment.Flexibility to work daytime and evening shifts, including weekends.Fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume catering experience is a plus, but not required.Culinary degree or formal culinary training is a plus but not required.Join Cuisine Boulud and bring your culinary skills to an exciting event-driven operation backed by the expertise, creativity, and standards of The Dinex Group.
