Catering Manager - Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport

About the role

The Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join its team. This property features 306 guest rooms and 25,274 square feet of meeting and event space. This is a full-time, on-property role with flexible scheduling based on client/events. The position offers an opportunity to take ownership of local catering business, build strong client relationships, and sell and service a diverse range of corporate and social events.

Responsibilities

• Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
• Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience
• Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service

Pay

Hourly Pay: $26.75-$33.44 per hour based on experience, plus opportunity for quarterly bonus incentive.
