Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing food items for caterings as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by following up with customers after an order has been complete
- Work with staff to ensure high quality food and service is provided
- Set up and break down catering events
- Promptly follow up on all customer calls and requests in an efficient and expedient manner
- Work closely with college staff to uncover and pursue additional business
- Utilize Outlook Calendar as well as other online resources to maximize organization, game plan and follow up
- Serve as main point of contact during events
- Comply with all safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications
- Clean professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organization, customer service and time management skills
- Works well under pressure
- Proven track record of catering success
- Maintain positive upbeat attitude
- Able to work flexible schedule
- Maintain a valid drivers license
