Catering Lead / Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth catering experience for clients by preparing dry goods, food, and coordinating timely delivery and presentation.
• Foster relationships with current clients and seek new catering opportunities within the community.
• Manage the catering order process from receiving orders to preparing and delivering them promptly as per client expectations.
• Assemble and verify catering orders to ensure accuracy while implementing the Modern Market Catering Strategy.
• Handle orders promptly, including occasional nights and weekends, with a pleasant and accommodating demeanor.
• Exhibit friendliness, politeness, punctuality, and adaptability to client needs.
• During down times or beyond catering duties, fulfill hourly restaurant tasks such as cashier duties, guest assistance, or supporting the line as needed.

Requirements

• Certified food handler and TABC (Texas) certification.
• Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance coverage.

Pay

$17–$23 an hour
