Responsibilities

• Support student academic success through advising and mentoring
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching and learning
• Engage with students to foster a supportive and inclusive environment
• Assist with program development and assessment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with college students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred
• Teaching certification may be required depending on position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
