About the role

The Catering Driver is responsible for assembling, delivering and setting up catering orders at an off-site location in a timely manner. Provides quality guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and other products for catering orders.
• Follow food safety procedures.
• Package food and other products to be delivered to guest premises.
• Ensure that the food product meets operational and brand standards.
• Anticipate and identify problems with deliveries and help find solutions.
• Greet guests by stating, “Welcome to Moe’s!” and ensure they are completely satisfied with their order.
• Drive and use own transportation; maintain a courteous and lawful driving record that positively represents the Moe’s brand.
• Maintain a clean delivery vehicle and notify management of any maintenance concerns or issues.
• Be punctual, wear the correct uniform, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Consistently exhibit actions and behaviors that demonstrate company values.
• Perform all other tasks as directed by the company leadership team.
• Always represent Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good guest service skills.
• Quality communication skills for multiple audiences.
• Good driving record.
• Good time management skills.
• Self-disciplined and able to multi-task.
• Ability to safely and courteously operate a motor vehicle.
• Adherence to company core values (Quality Way).

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

• Regularly required to communicate clearly, move, and remain in a stationary position.
• Must occasionally transport and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must regularly detect, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items, information, and objects in a restaurant environment.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
